oak & 41st Temporary Community Garden
The Oak and 41st Temporary Community Garden was a temporary growing space in the Oakridge neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC, Canada. The garden was located at the corner of Oak St. and West 41st Ave. The temporary growing space was assembled in October 2017 and had 100 community garden beds, in addition to seating, garden art and a community noticeboard! This allotment garden was for community members to grow food and flowers.
The garden was decommissioned in October 2024
